Product defects and incorrect cargo model delivery caused by merchants, excluding problems caused by violent express delivery.

If the buyer wants to return or exchange the product for some reason (such as feeling that the machine has not achieved the expected results, being dissatisfied with the product, etc.) that is not caused by the merchant or the product itself (only within 14 days)

Please be aware that some countries will place the goods at the door of the delivery address provided by the buyer or hang them on the door handle. Processing Time

- We will arrange shipping for you from China. It usually takes 1-3 working days to process your order if there is stock. We will upload the shipping order number within 7-10 working days. Our total delivery time usually takes 7-40 working days. (Please note that due to transportation channel problems, the transportation progress cannot be viewed in real-time.
