Shipping Guide
Which shipping company ships?
Wanbo cooperates with major international shipping companies, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, EMS, USPS, South American Post, and China Post Air Mail, etc. We will arrange the most suitable carrier according to regional policies.
Total delivery time = handling time + shipping time
Before shipping your order, usually Wanbo needs to prepare your products, do strict quality control testing, and carefully package the items. Therefore, processing time is separate from delivery time.
Processing Time
- We will arrange shipping for you from China. It usually takes 1-3 working days to process your order if there is stock. We will upload the shipping order number within 7-10 working days. Our total delivery time usually takes 7-40 working days. (Please note that due to transportation channel problems, the transportation progress cannot be viewed in real-time. Under normal circumstances, the transportation progress will be updated when it is transported to the local area).
-For customers in South America, we need to check the relevant transportation information (address, transportation channel, tax number, etc.) with you before shipping.
- Equipment and other items/gifts are usually sent separately, we mainly provide you with the shipping tracking number of the equipment.
Transportation Time
- Standard shipping time in South America: 7-15 working days
- For North America/EU/Other regions, shipping from China will take 7-40 working days.
*We are currently preparing overseas warehouses, which will greatly shorten the transportation time.
(Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control such as public holidays and customs issues).
About shipping charges and taxes
Due to different countries' customs policies, we have no control over taxes. Our product prices do not include all country VAT or import taxes. Equipment
In South America, we usually communicate with buyers about transportation channels and transportation details before shipping and transporting the goods to buyers by express delivery. Buyers need to pay freight (automatically added at checkout) and taxes (please refer to local policies for the tax ratio) Mainly), it takes about 7-40 working days from the time the goods are shipped to the buyer signing for them. After communicating and confirming the shipping channel, the buyer is responsible for assisting in customs clearance of the goods for successful delivery (remote areas may incur additional transportation costs)

Most accessories and items/gifts will be shipped in small packages, shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight and automatically added at checkout. Shipping time: 7-40 working days.

Countries other than the small package list are shipped by express delivery. The shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight and is automatically added during checkout. Delivery time 7-40 working days
Additional Notice Regarding Shipping
It is the customer's responsibility to assist in the successful delivery of the order.
Packages will be returned and destroyed under the following circumstances:
- Once we receive notification from the carrier that the buyer's package is held due to customs clearance, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible. If the buyer does not promptly provide any necessary information requested by customs (such as tax information). The package will be destroyed or returned to the originating warehouse. If the buyer wants to reship the package, you may be required to pay additional fees (based on carrier billing). If you decide at your own discretion not to accept a package, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (which is often hefty according to the carrier's bill). We will refund the retail price less return shipping charges (excluding additional shipping charges you paid when placing your order).
- Once we receive feedback from the carrier regarding any incorrect shipping address or phone number, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible. However, if the buyer fails to respond to our inquiries in time, the package delivery will fail. Buyer may incur additional charges for reshipping. Products may not be refunded or reimbursed due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Can you declare a package as a gift?
