3. If the address is entered incorrectly, please contact customer service staff to modify it within 24 hours. After more than 24 hours, we cannot intercept the goods after they have left the warehouse. At this time, the address cannot be modified. 4. Buyers must keep the packaging box for use when confirming the purchase with the store. In the case of warranty coverage, if there is no box or documents, our store reserves the right. 5. Product warranty does not include free products. During the warranty period, you need to pay the freight for replacement parts yourself.

6. If the product is damaged due to user reasons, such as cracks, breakage, dents, burns, water stains, rust, etc., the warranty will be deemed to have been terminated.

7. Product exchanges or returns due to misuse are not accepted. or an order that is a customer error, in any case, if the motherboard accessories are damaged due to the customer's own use or are within the warranty period. But the motherboard accessories must be replaced. Buyer must pay for equipment repair and shipping costs.

8.If the packaging is damaged due to violent transportation and the use of the machine is affected or not affected, please contact the local carrier to make a claim first, and then contact us to arrange warranty service for you.

 

-Return conditions-


We accept product returns. Customers can apply for return within 14 days after signing for the product. (Learn what qualifies for a return below)

Situation 1:
Product defects and incorrect cargo model delivery caused by merchants, excluding problems caused by violent express delivery.

1): We will bear the return shipping costs.
2): Cooperate with our staff to inquire about machine conditions (including but not limited to pictures, videos, video calls, etc.)
3): In order to complete your return, please provide proof of purchase.

5): Please ask our staff for the mailing address to ensure you are sending your package to the correct address.
6): Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
7): To avoid unnecessary disputes with the shipping company, please take photos or videos of the process of restoring the items to their original packaging/complete packaging and send them to us.

Situation 2:

If the buyer wants to return or exchange the product for some reason (such as feeling that the machine has not achieved the expected results, being dissatisfied with the product, etc.) that is not caused by the merchant or the product itself (only within 14 days)

3. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the buyer does not need to bear the shipping cost. (Please cooperate with our staff to check and submit supporting evidence, including but not limited to pictures, videos, video calls, etc.

4. If your items are lost (Delivered/not Delivered)
① Please check your email first for information about a possible location where the items may be stored.
② Please call your local post office/shipping company to check the status of the item.
③ Please be aware that some countries will place the goods at the door of the delivery address provided by the buyer or hang them on the door handle. (If the goods are missing, please first check whether your neighbors, friends, or family members signed for them for you.) ④If the item is not found within 7 working days, it can be determined that the item has been lost.
