If the product cannot be used due to hardware failure within one year, you can contact the staff to obtain free replacement service.

This is an exclusive Wanbo 8th anniversary event only available to customers who purchase DaVinci 1 Pro and New T2 Max between May 20, 2024, 7:00 am to June 20, 7:00 pm (PST)

What is the scope of Free Replacement?


Unable to adjust focus:
The camera motor or motherboard is damaged.

Unable to operate:
The operation is unresponsive.
(Infrared damage determined after troubleshooting the remote control issue).

Unable to connect the external device:
The motherboard and interface are damaged.
(Man-made damage is not accepted).

No picture:
The LED light or LCD screen is damaged; the optical components are damaged, etc.

Can not boot:
The built-in power supply is damaged (if it is an external adapter, you can directly replace the adapter).

Automatic shut-down:
The fan is abnormal; it automatically shuts down when the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
(If the problem still cannot be solved after updating the system firmware and cleaning the dust).

Machines that have been damaged by humans are not included in this list!

Products not within the scope of this event.

Countries outside the scope of this activity.

Items purchased from unauthorized sellers/unofficially authorized channels.

Unauthorized repair or disassembly.

Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

Product damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to: abuse, neglect, accident, liquid or food spills, drops, use/storage of product at extreme temperatures, printed circuit board burning, or other product defects caused by human actions.

Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.

Product failure caused by any software program, whether provided with the product or subsequently installed.

Products or parts whose identification labels have been altered or whose identification labels have been removed.
 
Product damage due to fire, flood, lightning or other forms of force majeure.

Product is lost or stolen.
 
Scratches caused by shipping.

① The product becomes unusable due to hardware failure within one year.

 Please send the following content to support@wanbostore.com for feedback:


-Purchase platform and date and order number.

-Product serial number (you can find it on the bottom of the device).

-Detailed description of the problem (please attach a video or picture).

 

② When we receive your feedback.

 We will reply to your email within 48 hours. Please actively cooperate with the staff to check the machine's condition, including but not limited to pictures, videos, video calls, etc.

 

③ When the product is eligible for free exchange.

To replace a new product, the buyer needs to return the machine to the designated delivery address. 
Please cooperate with our staff to return the machine.

Return the product to the seller for replacement. You need to pay the shipping fee.
(The specific shipping cost depends on your country and the courier company you choose)

The replaced product is shipped to the buyer, and the seller is responsible for shipping costs.

 

④ When we receive the machine you sent back.

We will check the machine within 48 hours arrange the transportation of the new machine for you within 48 hours after confirming it is correct, and provide you with a shipping order number.
